I have purchased 5 vehicles from the Huber dealership in Fredericksburg, Va - 3 MB's and 2 Volvos. Note: I am a "car guy" - very finicky about my vehicles. My most recent purchase was a new 2021 Volvo XC90 T8 (I traded in my 2019 XC90 T6). I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. I started at another dealership and the person I made the appointment with was not available-the followup person knew nothing. So we found our way to Volvo of Fredericksburg. We had to drive an hour to get here but working with Jake Larabie was refreshing. He really knew the car. My husband can put a salesman through their paces and Jake knew the answers or found them out for us. I would come back!

We just purchased a 2020 Volvo XC90. This dealership provided an amazing experience. The sales person, Sebastian Faulk, answered all our questions and did not pressure us into anything. He explained the car in great detail and was very easy to communicate with. They prepared the paperwork quickly and it was overall a great experience.

During the pandemic, buying a car seemed a bit more stressful than the process typically is during normal times, however, Volvo Cars of Fredericksburg was professional, accommodating and aware of the clients concerns regarding the virus. Charles provided me with the best service. I had purchased my vehicle at FFX Volvo - where my service was awful. I would NEVER buy another Volvo if I had to buy it from FFX Volvo. But Charles changed everything. He was attentive, called me back, gave me a great loaner (SAME KIND OF CAR - not like FFX Volvo) and communicated with me on how things were coming along with my service. The waiting area was very nice - very similar to Lexus (who has a great waiting area). THANK YOU Charles.

She knew her own product and was also knowledgeable about similar cars by other manufacturers so she could also provide accurate and reliable comparisons to other cars I was considering. He showed me a car he thought I might like, and the rest is history. Sebastian was soft spoken, professional, and very knowledgeable about Volvos. Ms Dallas had cars of the type which I had told her over the phone interested me ready when I arrived. She presented relevant background information on the the vehicles and suggested an excellent test drive course for the vehicle type. Both she and the sales manager explained additional options to me but were cordial and low key when I declined. Despite a longish delay in finalizing the paperwork, this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. Excellent facility and classy people, I'll come back here first the next time I need a car.
